We will work together with consumers to resolve their case. We work towards a mutually respectful and polite relationship, refraining from harmful behaviours at all times.

Our Working Together Principles set out:

• Our commitments to all consumers and colleagues

• Our understanding of consumer’s behaviours and the impact that may have on our colleagues
• What our response to this is, by working together with colleagues and ensuring their wellbeing, and agreeing a path forward for consumers
