As part of our ADR approval, under Schedule 5 of the Regulations, we're required to produce annual activity reports which are available here:

As part of Chartered Institute of Trading Standards (CTSI)'s approval, under Schedule 6 of the Regulations, FRS is required to produce a biennial activity report:

• ADR Biennial Report 2021-2023

POPLA launched on 1 October 2012 to consider appeals about parking charge notices issued on or after that date. It was administered by London Councils until 1 October 2015; the service then transferred to Trust Alliance Group.

Flexible Resolution Services are a subsidiary of the Trust Alliance Group of companies. Individually the organisation does not satisfy the criteria for the UK government's mandatory Gender Pay Gap reporting. However we are committed to gender equality and we know the right thing to do is to report on how we are doing as a group.
