Wellbeing at Flexible Resolution Services
Our colleagues have access to a variety of wellbeing resources and programmes to support their mental, physical and financial health. With gym facilities, Private Medical Insurance, mental health first aiders and more, we aim to help colleagues keep well both in and out of work. We also run social events throughout the year to help colleagues connect with each other.
Our work in the community
Supporting our local communities is important to us, and we work with local initiatives throughout the year to make a tangible difference in the communities we are part of. Colleagues can volunteer to help with these amazing causes, which has seen us support local food banks, school uniform networks, forests, green spaces and hostels for the homeless.
